First Christian Church of Orlando is a place where God changes lives and lives change community, where we recognize the difference God makes, and where we encourage and strengthen each other.

We understand that the difference is made because of four core principles:

Biblical Truth – The Bible is our guide for everything we do; God means what he says and he’s said it all in the Bible. We believe it is the source of our faith and the means for sustaining it.

Spiritual Discipleship - God wants us to become more like him every day. At First Christian we strive to help each other become more like Christ every week. We believe that whether we’re worshipping, serving somewhere, or studying, we are growing more and more into the image of God.

Godly Relationships - We believe that God ordained community as shown in Acts 2:42. It’s important to us at First Christian that every person has a deep relationship with God and genuine relationships with those of the spiritual community.

Selfless Service - God made each of us with an ability to do something for His Kingdom. For some it may be greeting people at the front door, for some it may be teaching a class, for some it may be carrying a meal to someone who needs it. At First Christian, using our time and talent for the Lord is important.
